​Erica Gleeman's love for picnic started at a young age. From watching Disney movies to experiencing picnic outings herself growing up, having a picnic is something Erica loved to do and enjoy! Erica got the love for bringing people together and making them happy from her mom Julie. Her mom was the one in the family who brought everyone together, planning outing, events and get togethers to spend quality time. Sadly, Julie passed away from cancer a few years ago. Her mom's passing took a big toll on her and for awhile Erica kept to herself because of the void of not having her mom around.

The Picnic Creative is a company established to honor Erica's mom. It is founded in South Florida and it is an event planning company that specializes in luxury pop-up picnics.
