WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF THE PICNIC?When the picnic is booked we will ask for a way to contact you to send you the exact location on the day of the picnic. This will include instructions on what to look for, and a location pin. Once you arrive, you just enjoy your time and we will return at your end time for clean up. If you decide to leave earlier please text us before you leave the set up. You are responsible for the items until we arrive. The card on file will be the method charged unless otherwise specified.

HOW DO I SELECT A LOCATION?Please contact us to collaborate on a special place. If you have an address, landmark, or GPS coordinates, send those with your request. We can't accommodate all requests but we will do our best. When dealing with rough terrain: sand, trails, steep slopes, etc. we may not be able to navigate with all our equipment so we aim to keep all our setup locations within 50 yards of delivery vehicle access. We ask that you keep in mind a backup/indoor or covered location in case of inclement weather.

DO YOU STAY DURING OUR PICNIC?No, we will drop you a location pin via text message 1 hour prior to your event time. We leave after you're settled, and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic for any reason, we are only a call or text away!

CAN WE LEAVE WHENEVER WE WANT?If you wish to leave prior to the arranged time, please contact us 30 minutes in advance. You will be held responsible for all picnic items until we are able to return.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY?We do not offer any refunds of the required 50% deposit; however, we can reschedule your reservation within a 72 hour notice. After that, a 50% rescheduling fee will apply.

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?We ask that you try your best to arrive on time but things do happen. If you do arrive past your start time we will keep an eye on your setup until you arrive. Your picnic will still finish at the designated time. If you choose to add more time you may text the provided number 30 minutes before your end time. Fees: each additional 30 minutes is $30. Your original form of payment will be charged with your remaining balance.

HOW DO I BOOK?Simply submit our booking request form! You can specify any add-ons or style/aesthetics you are interested in as well, and we will follow up with a quote via the email address you provide.

WHAT IF OUR PICNIC IS FORECASTED TO HAVE BAD WEATHER?While rare, we sometimes have to move locations or change dates due to weather. We will closely monitor the weather 24 hours in advance, and if it looks like weather may affect your reservation, we will reach out about covered locations or rescheduling options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to inclement weather.

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD/ALCOHOL?We are not liable in the sale of alcoholic beverages. You are more than welcome to BYOB to pair with our DIY cocktail station or mimosa bar add-ons! We can provide grazing boards & desserts from our partnered vendors, or you are welcome to bring any of your own food and beverage, or schedule a food delivery service for your arrival time.

SHOULD I INCLUDE SMALL CHILDREN IN THE GUEST COUNT!If your child requires a cushion or a place setting than please include in the guest count.
